The mixture of the location to campus, college town, and the stadium makes Urban one of the best locations for apartments at FSU. The amenities are what really makes the enclave apartments awesome though, just playing beach volleyball with your friends or chilling by the pool to destress from school work is the best. The apartments themselves are also just really nice and a great experience.

It has been a pleasure living at Urban. It is always kept so clean and the staff is already eager to help! The amenities are amazing and go over the top compared to other places!

It's great living here! I love the location and how spacious the units are! I also like how open the layout is and how big the kitchen is!! The pool is very nice on a hot day to layout and tan! I've made close relationships with my roommates and neighbors and the atmosphere here is amazing.

Stadium enclave is literally the best place to live. The pool is the best pool in tally. The free coffee 24/7. Study rooms 24/7. Gym 24/7. And pool movie nights on the big screen. If you don’t live here, you wish did.

Stadium Enclave is a great place to live with a variety of amenities that are coveted by other communities in Tallahassee. I love our wide spread community set up as opposed to high rise apartment buildings. Everyone loves our pool and gym and the study rooms are always a great place to prepare for exam weeks. I’ll be here until I graduate!

I loved living at Stadium Enclave, I re-signed again for this year! It is so nice and the amenities are great! The pool is so nice and features a huge jumbo screen. The gym is also amazing and they have tons of equipment for use. They also have top dog fitness classes free for the residents, which are normally very expensive! Overall, it is a great experience.
